Understand How Points Are Awarded in Fantasy Cricket

1. Batting Points

Run: +1 point per run
Boundary (4): +1 point
Six (6): +2 points
Half-century (50 runs): +8 points
Century (100 runs): +16 points
Dismissal for a Duck (Batsmen, Wicketkeepers, All-rounders): -2 points

2. Bowling Points

Wicket (excluding run-out): +25 points
Bonus for 4-wicket haul: +8 points
Bonus for 5-wicket haul: +16 points
Maiden Over: +12 points
Economy Rate Bonus:
- 3.5 or less: +6 points
- 3.5 - 4.5: +4 points
- 4.5 - 5.5: +2 points
- Above 9.0: -6 points

3. Fielding Points

Catch: +8 points
Stumping/Run-out (Direct): +12 points
Run-out (Indirect): +6 points

4. Bonus Points

Man of the Match: +20 points
Part of Winning Team: +10 points
Captain: 2x points
Vice-Captain: 1.5x points

5. Penalty Points

Slow Over Rate: -4 points per over
Dropped Catch: -2 points
Misfield Leading to Boundary: -1 point

6. Key Rules and Guidelines

Players in your fantasy team earn points only if they are part of the playing XI.
Points are calculated based on live match data and updated in real-time.
In case of match delays or abandonments, points scored until the disruption will be counted.
Super Over performances do not count towards fantasy points.

7. FAQs About Scoring

How often is the leaderboard updated? Leaderboards are updated in real-time during the match.
What happens if a player is injured mid-match? Points earned up to the point of injury will still count. No additional points will be awarded.
Can I edit my team after the match starts? No, team edits are locked once the match begins.
